Install Om MCP in Grok

Add the hosted Om MCP to Grok, complete OAuth on first use, and verify with /mcps.

Grok can connect to the hosted Om MCP over HTTP. Add the server to your Grok config, then complete Om OAuth when Grok prompts on first use.

Verify the install

Add the server

Use `grok mcp add` or save the user config. This makes Om available across projects.

Complete OAuth

Start Grok and finish the Om login when prompted.

Confirm the connection

Run `/mcps` inside Grok, or `grok mcp doctor omtx` from the terminal, then ask for om_status.

Email only

Om asks for email only. If Grok requests extra OpenID scopes, cancel instead of approving.

Good first prompts

  • Run om_status and tell me if Om MCP is healthy.
